Anthony Coniglio

Passion for cooking, Anthony fell into it when he was young! Driven by his Franco-Italian culinary family traditions, he decided to venture into the restaurant industry from a young age. Alternating between traditional training and experience in gourmet restaurants, bistros, brasseries, and hotels in France and elsewhere, this chef, who appreciates the subtleties of each ingredient, has built up a rich and diverse range of experiences. Despite his young age, this professional and versatile leader has managed to showcase his cuisine all the way to Quebec, where he has now made his home with his partner and twins. He feels at home in the role he plays today, inspiring the Bistango brigade to use their creativity and expertise day after day in order to prepare classic dishes with a carefully calculated dose of inventiveness and carefully selected Quebecois local products.
