Timothée Boucard

Timothée has always loved to express himself with the full range of flavors. After studying pastry in his native France, it’s not surprising that he abandoned the scales and the precise measurements of this field, to turn to a training in cuisine offering him a much wider universe of possibilities.

Once he finished his schooling, his creative soul led him to open the first gastronomic Food Truck in Nantes in 2014. A few years later, this entrepreneur at heart rolled towards the new challenge of launching a bistronomic restaurant that delighted his customers’ taste buds just as much as his first project.

The impulse of adventure and the need to find a nest for his young family lead Timothée to settle in Quebec in 2022. It is now within the Bistango brigade that he shares his love for good food that brings people together!
